About Us

Alex Speaks is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, dedicated to helping San Francisco Bay Area schools that are serving autistic children every day while raising awareness to the causes and treatments for this silent disease.

Founded by Dr. Bernardo Gonzalez III in 2004, shortly after his son was diagnosed with autism, Alex Speaks hosts an annual fundraiser that features some of the most legendary voices of Latin Rock, including Carlos Santana, Malo, and Shelia E.
